The prices listed refer to testing costs in EUR plus VAT. Expert opinions are charged based on hourly rates, and express orders are subject to a 50% surcharge. Report costs are included—no additional fees apply.
Unforeseeable work will be billed based on effort and hourly rates, only with the prior approval of the client.
The results are provided in written form and apply only to the samples that were tested.
Test samples are retained for three months after the report has been prepared and sent. Upon request, the samples will be returned to the client.
Work with unforeseeable effort due to complexity will be charged based on actual hourly rates and continued only with the client’s explicit consent.
