The inline inspection is characterized by its early stage of execution. At this point, production is approximately 10–15% complete and has just begun. The inspection covers the entire manufacturing process – from raw materials to the finished product. Special attention is given to the measurement specifications of the items, as well as to the quality and compliance with all requirements. This allows for early detection and correction of errors. Close communication with the manufacturer is essential in this phase to improve processes and address issues at their root. Solutions are developed with a focus on long-term implementation and improvement, which can significantly benefit future productions as well.
The Final Random Inspection, or FRI, is carried out when production has reached 100% and serves as the final inspection of the goods. The product is checked from its composition to its packaging. Other key points include the verification of measurements and fit, product packaging (hangtags, care labels, bands, barcode, etc.), outer packaging inspection (labeling and other specifications), product quality, defect inspection (according to common AQL standards ISO 2859-1 and ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003 or specific customer requirements), and compliance with all given specifications. The selection of samples for inspection is completely random.

The loading inspection is suitable for both full and partial shipments. Inspectors check the cartons, the container, and the entire loading process, and securely seal the container at the end.

It is essential that an inspector is present throughout the entire loading process. This ensures that customer specifications can be followed precisely.
The scope of the inspection includes the condition of the container and its thorough examination with photo documentation, carton inspection (carton markings), monitoring of the loading process, sealing of the container, and securing it with a seal.
